When you want to cancel JapanNet account, please send us the following necessary information by FAX (1-888-533-8399) or e-mail to our helpdesk.

- Customer Name
- PPP account name (jn/pb######)
- Last 4 digits of registered credit card or social security number
- Cancellation Date
- Reason for cancellation
- Contact Number or Email (It should be available after the cancellation)

< Notice >
- JapanNet service will be billed monthly basis only. Even if you cancel the service in the middle of the month, charges will not be prorated.
- Basic monthly charges will be billed around 11th day of the month the service is terminated. Additional charges (roaming access charges, etc.) may be billed on the next month.
- After JapanNet accept your cancel notice, the service (dial-up, e-mail, etc.) will be terminated on your requested termination date.
