The service is intendted for enterprise users who have a lot of data transactions and communications via Internet.

Dedicated line users are always directly connected to this backbone network and can receive the utmost of its benefit.

Moreover, if you are communicating with overseas affiliates who also uses KDDI Group's Internet services, your data will be trasported within KDDI Group's backbone network and you can expect bottleneck free data communication between your offices via Internet.

JapanNet network were monitored and maintained 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year basis. Servers are located KDDI America's network operation center where qualified engineers manned for 24hours. Should any trouble occured to JapanNet, we are ready to troubleshoot and restore the service.

You can select from various service menu either from T1 (or FT1) based high speed access 64 kbps - 1.5 Mbps, or Ethernet based super high speed access 10 Mbps - 100 Mbps.

As dedicated line service customer, you can have unlimited number of e-mail accounts. Table below shows examples of charges based on the number of e-mail accounts. For additional e-mail accounts, please contact KDDI America's Sales Reps. or mail to servicesupport@kdd.net.

At your office, you could enjoy high speed Internet access through your dedicated line. While you are away from your office, while on business trip, you do not need to be disconnected. You can access to Internet with our optional dial-up account service. For inquiry and additional dial-up account, please contact KDDI America's Sales Reps. or mail to servicesupport@kdd.net.

If you want to use your personal domain name other than @kdd.net for your e-mail addresses, or for establishing your own Web site, etc., you need to register your own domain name through registrars accredited by ICANN.
