Follow the steps below to configure the Internet connection in Microsoft® Windows® XP.
1. Click the [Start] button and select [Control Panel].

2. Double-click [Network and Internet Connections].

3. Click [Network Connections].

4. Choose "Create a new connection" from the [Network Tasks] column.

5. [New Connection Wizard] starts. Click the [Next] button.

6. Choose "Connect to the Internet" (default) and click the [Next] button.

7. Choose "Set up my connection manually" and click the [Next] button.

8. Choose "Connect using a dial-up modem" (default) and click the [Next] button.

9. In the ISP Name field, type JapanNet and click the [Next] button.

10. In the Phone number field, type JapanNet's access number and click the [Next] button.

11. Type following information in each fields and click the [Next] button.
